Efekt, żaden nieziem nie dołączył do mojego składu. Jako ciekawostkę dodam, że to nie była pierwsza próba losowania nieziemskiego trenera. Gdzieś w lutym/marcu poszło na to 11 baniek, udało mi się jednego wylosować wtedy :P

Potraktuj to jako karę za PanDa :d hehe

ale niefart, brat kiedyś w 3 losowaniach wyjął 2 nieziemskich

Wypraszam sobie. Najmniej uczestniczę w tym procederze.

Teraz wiem, że nieziema muszę z TLa wziąć.

Cóż dodać więcej. Łał.

Dla mnie nieziemski trener to bezsensownie wydana kasa. Przypuśćmy że chce go kupić z TL to pewnie z 15 baniek trzeba wydać, na sezon weźmie 1,5kk więcej niż mag, a efekt? Ileż ten junior lepszy wyjdzie? Ze trzy punkty skilowe podczas losowania? Z których z jeden pójdzie w kondycję albo bramkę, drugi w umiejętność potrzebną jak świni siodło i może trzeci w coś pożytecznego, a mylić się myli jak każdy inny :d

Ahh te pomyłki. To tak jakby wiecznie do roboty pijani przychodzili i na cotygodniowym wykazie rysowali sobie chmurki :D.

Ja chcę tego nieziema pod głównego. Szukam idealnego z maxymalną pensją. Na TLu trafia się taki raz na 2-3 miesiące :P Obecnie takiego licytuję:

bo ma pewnosc ze kazdy skill nieziemski jest maksymalny ;]

Stać go i juz :D. Ja się chowam bo to nie moje progi finansowe są :D. Bez Odbioru :).

Nie warte zachodu moim zdaniem w końcowym rozrachunku treningowym danego grajka który i tak pójdzie na sell, to samo tyczy się wymaksowanego sztabu asystentów - ale to tylko moje zdanie

Zauważ, że oprócz formacji trenowanej mam też innych zawodników. Są to zawodnicy +30. Nie zdajesz sobie sprawy jaki wpływ na spadki w skillach ma mocny sztab trenerski. Dla przykładu taki 36latek przez 2 miesiące u mnie nie poleciał w niczym:

świetny kondycja, tragiczny bramkarz
niesamowity szybkość, dostateczny obrońca
magiczny technika, dostateczny rozgrywający
mierny podania, olśniewający strzelec

Miałem już nawet 38 latków i było podobnie.

Wcześniej przy słabszym sztabie też prowadziłem pensjonat dla emerytów na pozycjach nietrenowanych, ale spadki były dużo częstsze.

w najgorszym wypadku roznica trenowanej umiejetnosci moze wynosic prawie 1,0 a w najlepszym 0.01 ;] czyli prawie tyle co miedzy magiem a nieziemem ;] A czy sie oplaca? nie wiem zalezy ile ma nasz obecny nieziem( chodzi mi o skill trenoway) a tego to juz sie nie da okreslic ;/

wiadomo ze sie oplaca miec trenera ze skillem trenowanym nieziemskim niz z magiem, ale czy sie oplaca placic za losowania/kupno i pensje 8xnieziema z maks pensja w to juz watpie.

A jeśli chodzi o finanse to przy obecnym sztabie: nieziem, mag, mag, olcha, olcha wychodzę 200-300 k na plus w bilansie dwutygodniowym. Warto inwestować w stadion.
