Trenerzy różnią się tym co w pojedynczych skillach mają "po przecinku", Twój może mieć ten skill [14] równy np. 14.90, a tamten może mieć 14.10. Stąd też różnica w pensjach, bo takie 14.9 w skillu da więcej do pensji niż 14.1.

Według moich analiz jak trener ma pojedynczy skill nieziemski to w 90-95% przypadków ten skill jest wymaksowany, przy czym maks u trenerów to około 16.20. Nie chce mi się teraz pisać skąd takie wnioski, musicie mi zaufać :P

Dlatego np. (16.2 * 7 + 14.1) / 8 = 15,9375 da skill ogólny magiczny, a (16.2 * 7 + 14.9) / 8 = 16,0375 da skill ogólny nieziemski.
