our user count allways make like this...
our admins have real life too (believe it or not) =), so they couldn't allways remove those unactive teams, and when those are clearer our user count will go down big time, like today...
it's more important to give team to newcomers than remove unactive team, new user will not wait many days that team, if he doesn't get that team during couple of days then many of those new users will forget sokker and never even logged in...
but with unactive teams, if there is free teams in the country, those unactive teams doesn't matter so much, you can remove those later, but then our user count will drop like today...

I preffer 30.000 active users instead of 100.000
