Btw, who is the one who changes the topic's name? Its not possble for users, just for mods, so its not the topic-strater, beastly.
Who is that than? He should help me, cause I want to change my own topic's name urgently.

Ahaaaa. And can you tell me why is that a privilege of mods? Why cant a simple user change his topic's name? Would that be so terrible, that it would lead to the total extinction of human race or something?
Its my topic, I gave him a name, just I can change it, if I want. But if I do want, at least I should be able do it.
Thats just an opinion, but as I see all over the net, my opinion is commonly shared in all the conference from all over the world I've ever seen so far, works just like this:
People can rename their topics!
