Over 1k in waiting list. I suggest admins to clean the waiting lists in smaller (under 100 users) nations first.
For example one guy in Kenya has been waiting his team for 5-7 days at least.
I think it´s crucial to concentrate on smaller countries first...

Make an account.
Vote for 5 games/flash submits a day.
Do that for a few weeks. Whereupon you will receive the chance to post something to the frontpage once a day. If everyone does so when the frontpage message about sokker dissapeared then we will get a lot of new visitors as newgrounds has 100.000's of visitors a day.
