Yep, i call it randomly rejecting people to keep the numbers down.
I'm really sad to hear that people think like that. Admins are doing their job to help this wonderful game and why should we keep the numbers down ? You don't have any idea about the number of accepted teams because we are also deleting unactive and banned teams. Sometimes there are more unactive teams than new teams sometimes vice versa.
We just can't accept teams which isn't acceptable.
