I once had a reply in Australia forum in about 16 sec. or so :P

hey, the plus users have the option to found an association, but i do not think it is normal to not have the posibility to invite any user(with or without plus), this disadvantage will destroy this option :((

- Plussers can join and create association

if they will not let the non-plus users to join an association they will destroy this new thing with associations, there will not be any charm for this option....
