that bug was reported monthes ago and still no fix .. i recommend to go to themes and restore old design to make a player screen

Hi. I am paying "plus" for years and because before last payment I was in holiday and i couldn't make the payment on time, all my players records were deleted. I think I have payed just with 1 or 2 days delay and I've got back some "history" but not enough and I do not feel is fair.
Can one of the officials have a look and to have please my full statictics back, especially becauase as I said, from strong reason I couldn't make the payment on time (you can check my history to see for how long I was paying plus).

prejudice I have hired plus with my paypall one years for my account and 6 + 3 + 2 months for a user that has made me the logo my paypall had a credit of € 50 now 2,03 € but the plus from 13 April which was not activated it in me to either why?
