Does paing by skrill OK? I bought plus on Friday and nothing so far..

I wrote to this guy and he said he got plus after a week but he contacted an admin after few days. One admin is trying to help me and also I wrote to another admin but it seems they can't do anything cause greg is responsible for plus and he is gone drinking for a whole month.
