90% of features of firesokker were updated at one stage.
it will happen but in another 2 yrs when all are gone

i just converted the lateset opera version to osokker

at the start of last season (18 weeks ago) oSokker quit working in my browser. I have uninstalled Osokker. and reinstalled. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled Firefox, Greesemonkey and oSokker and still oSokker does not work. (when I log in the osokker option can be clicked on and I can make changes to the setting, however it does not work)

I have been fighting this for a long time and it is driving me crazy. any ideas??

AFAIK greasemonkey is not necessary to make oSokker work. If You don't mind You can remove Your profile directory. That may help (but when You do this You will probably lost every Your setting/option/extension set or installed). Also, make sure You have exactly this: http://www.sokker.cz/osokker/download-xpi.php not another version which would be wrong (or would not? if anyone knows better then correct me). When you want to reinstall the add-on first do uninstall extension, then restart FF and then install it once again. And - just to make sure - remember there is Save button in oSokker settings dialog which must be clicked to changes take effect (:

i've tried to update my NTDB from oSokker like usual every season. but now nothing change, the players age's is still the same as last season..

maybe i'm doing it wrong.. :(

For me NTDB site is very slow, and timed out at the end. Not an oSokker issue but a siteproblem.

What should Firefox do with this file?

I have tried to Open With WinZip and extracted ALL contents to a folder, but none of the files are executable. So what am I doing wrong>??

save this file, and in ff add-on manager (tools->addons or sth like that, I do not use FF so I do not know exactly) click on gear icon in top-right corner and then choose install add-on from file and choose this .xpi file, then wait, click install and restart browser.

OMG. glad I finally came to this forum to ask for help. I never would have guess to "Open With Firefox", but makes sense now!!
I did figure out how to navigate to Firefox on that "Open With" screen (Internet Explorer is my default browser). for those who might be in the same as me. when you select "open with on first screen the default browser is listed. From the Choose Helper Application screen, click on Browse button and this opens your Program Files. Select the folder Mozilla Firefox, then Right click on Firefox.exe and the install happens right away

You had wrong/old version, which was not compatible with sokker new layout (I know, that it does not look like new but some changes occured preventing old oSokker from working).
