If add-on isn't working anymore:

type in Firefox url: about:config
search for line: xpinstall.signatures.required
Double click line and true will change into false

Restart browser and all should work again. It worked for me :)

Solution suggested by Charles Hill is enough. It has to work after that. Maybe You did sth wrong?

Check what value does the property xpinstall.signatures.required have. Is it false?
Did You try to enable disabled addon after applying that change in about:config?

For mi wasnt enough. Dont work. I did it. Now is in false. And later reseted firefox....
And dont work. Sorry , I try but nothing.
When you change, how do you apply that change?

You just change, it is applied immediately. No clicking OK/Apply button or something like that is needed. Just change to false and close browser tab.

So You have property with false value set and Firefox restarted and the status is that add-on is disabled, right? Or is it enabled but not working?

I'm in the same situation. I've changed into false without doing nothing else, and i've restarted the Browser after enabling the add-on, and it doesn't work...

So You have enabled add-on, right?
