Anyway rule is quiete simple and this is not the place to discuss it. This thread will just be closed and we dont want that, do we?

I do nothing about this case. So i do not have an opinion. I know that when I was an admin in another game we had some cases where people on the fora tought we were wrong, but we had hard evidence. But for the same reason as here we could not explain the evidence, because we would have much more difficulties to find other cheaters in the future....
I believe you are fair and i trust you in your believe he is onnocent, but i trust admins too in their work. I think they only ban someone when they have avidence strong enough to make such a big decission.

And that is the last thing i will post about it :)

i understand what you are saying. but they should give their evidence to the one who "broke the rules". You cannot know there were missunderstanding, can you? He cannot fight for himself if it was really unfair. Anyway, that is how democratic jury works, isn't it?
And what about to give some lower punishment at first (if it is not the very big breaking the rule)?
Wouldn't this be fairer (/more fair)?

Maybe it could be done by using the fact that juniormatches are on thuesday?

added to todo list. but the main thing what i have to do is that junior talent isnt displaying after recent changes. And i am bit affraid that it will be a lot of work in firefox (easy in Opera).
