Can somebody please explain me a formula for a sum of winger skills?

i would like to know too how the sums of the positions is counted.

Winger: Pace + Tech + Passing + 0,9x Playmaking.

This doesn't necessarily represents the best formula, but also helps to determine the "best position".

can you put it and every other sums in the first post?
