5 places free (fans from Norwich, Nantes, and other teams playing in yellow and green most welcome, but every one can apply)

How you make a link to a cup:

(url=league.php?leagueID=xxx)Name of cup(/url)

Instead of ( and ), you use [ and ] instead of xxx you enter your cups' league ID.

Easier is to open your cup in a new screen (without the other frames) and you copy past the part of the url after the last '/' :

http://online.sokker.org/league.php?leagueID=15993
