If you have a tactical advisor, what does the NT manager do then? :D
Honestly, I was at some point of my Sokker career thinking about hiring 3 people for my team -
1) guy that would make tactics for me, as I suck there
2) guy that would hang on TL and do the whole economy part, which is a lot of work that I don't want to be bothered with
3) guy that would take care of my junior team
This would then give me enough time to focus on PR management, answering SK mails, changing logos and writing cool articles...
People had little understanding for my vision, I have to add :(

in Serbia it is usually done on the Association forum by the community... ok, should be done, but 99,99% like me, do not have time for that
I mean, if I would have someone to to take care of the 3 points I have given in the previous post, then I might have time for this too... xD

maybe will be easier to find someone for that job after the elections, someone who have time in next season to manage U21/NT team but didnt win the elections....
