Probably is due to more balanced leagues, which make much more hard the single team's development :)

even we have always at least few teams 70+, estonian have 6,7 teams, serbia have 5,6 teams,

actually all 8 teams in serbian first league have made 70+ average mark atleast once this season :)

Are we no 5 or somewhere close? Our average is 68,6 with some 2nd squad appearances during the season. One team making over 80's all the time (;p), one capable of making over 75 and the rest that can hit 70's easily. We also have some teams in the 1st division who can make over 70%. So imo it's not that the leagues are even so teams can't make it to top marks, which was the explanation of icciban. Maybe the italians want to keep the A-team young or just don't want to seek for glory in CCC.

We have four teams this season in Meistriliiga who have made average mark between 76-80.
