To be honest I think there is a better way to hold this competition. For now peopl can change tactitcs every single game, which basically means to complete randomness most of the time, since you cannt really be a good tactician if you have no clue of what your opponent is gonna play like.

MY suggestion:

All CC teams should only be able to use one (maybe two) tactics which have to be set in advance of the competition.

This way the real good tacticians would shine. You would have to create a tactic which wins against everyone, and that is much harder to achieve than changing tactics every game. Plus less effort would have to be made as now everyone is forced to try to change it every week.
We could have sth like the 'winning teams tactic is fully disclosed after a season', which would have double incentives. The benefits for the winner is the glory, glory of many managers copying those tactics for their league games. For other managers, mainly all the new ones who dont really want to spend ages on changing tactics every week, this would be a source of good tactics they could just copy and be sure that it is likely to perform good against most of the teams.

or we could even have it to appear on the tactic list automatically for everyone, and the name of the tactics could include the name of the winning club... or sth along those lines

we should also have some set of limits on what new players you can use in cc game, since now you can just buy a bunch of old players for upcoming game, win it, sell them and still make profit (if ure really good in transfer market)... Which is nor realistic nor fun for anyone...

I think we dont realize that sometimes this game is a bit too much hardcore, and if you want to be successful you have to be good in a transfer market. Lets make it less hardcore, and I am sure more managers will stay here if this game doesnt require a lot of time from you every week

well whoever bothered or had the patience to watch entire match needs nothing more said

this was probably the worse thing i ever saw, my match ended 0-0, then 1-1, and then in the manner of "realism on pitch" our players managed to score 1 out of 10 penalties, unfortunatelly for me it was not my player that scored

i'm disgusted that something like this threw away 3 seasons of preparations for trying to go for champions cup, making this the absolute best moment for me. to be clear, i'm not saying i was all so much better, i'm saying this what we played today wasn't "sokker".

what is your problem? it was an even match and decided by luck. who cares whether 1 of 10 or 9 of 10 penalties have been scored.

you're missing the point dude.. he's saying he's dissapointed that he lost today's game and that it's even worse because he prepared for CC for quite some time.

It's like we don't have as much control over our games as before since ME is new for everybody and the middle of CC isn't exactly the best time to be making major ME changes.. It's somewhat better then what I saw in my cupgame yesterday but ME still needs tweaking imo..
