But it's not all.... on group E (Cuba already qualified) world champion Montenegro needed 3 points to qualify, because Ireland had 2 points more. I will not tell you what happened. I'll tell you just to watch this amazing thriller!

I just know, as long as the ME isn't improved, it's not worth worrying cause you can have the best players in sokker act like 5y olds who got a bal in their feet for the very first time.
Just running towards the closest goal in one line.
My best player put the bal into the sidenet just next to the post today, after a run of 20 metres straight to my own goal. I lost 1-3 against Slovensko today. He was better today. Still, seeing these silly runs make me think the ME is broken. It has nothing to do with tactics anymore. Simple luck is the only factor that decides what the result will be.
I'm sure Germanek will think the same...
And in the end it is just a simulation game.

I am not frustrated because I know that Ireland isn't the strongest team. I am training this country since February 2020 and step by step I am trying to improve this team. It is good that I have very big support in Irish comunity :) I had very big chance to play on WC next season but this is sokker. I lost only two matches in WCQ it is amazing result and the best since 2017 when Ireland played in WC. I know almost all players U19 so maybe I will try again :) Every WCQ I have had better place in the group, so maybe in the next WCQ I will promote :D I will try also fight in MAMA MIA, where you are doing great job :) Thank you for it :)

You are right, sometimes you can play only one tactic and achive very good results. Sometimes you can try to set the team against your opponent , but mostly the best result you can achive to play only one tactic and change the lines defenders and strikers :) In u21 it is also very important to have GK and strikes becasue these positions are very important during the matches.
