I want to employ a coach and train striking... He is brilliant and outstanding in striking. My players are solid in striking...

What are the disadvantage of hiring this coach? Is he good for a short term?

Bearing in mind this from the rules (or now "how to play" section):

The quality of both individual and general training responsibility lies mostly with the main coach. The feature that counts most is his individual skills; his general appraisal does not influence the effectiveness of training. Select a head coach who has a high ability in training the skill you have chosen for the individual training. Decide yourself how important for you, are the other coach abilities and if you can afford to pay more for a better coach.

The assistants may be helpful to the main coach improving his training effectiveness - the better the assistant (in terms of general appraisal); the more he helps the main coach. However, do not hire too many assistants. If you hire more than 3, they will argue, resulting in training being less effective, or even lost.

You should look after a main coach with the higher individual striking skill you can find in the market... but if your budget allows you, it will be way better if you could find a coach also with high pace and technique skills.

I would recommend to look for 3 assistants with the higher general appraisal you could maintain, for starters I think 3 outstanding assistant would be the most cost-effective, but you could also look for some cheaper assistants.

If you are going to train strikers, make sure the headcoach has unearthly striker skill.

I'm back in the game after like 5 years of pause.
I've forgotten about talent... So what is the good, average and below average talents for:
19y/o players, with 5-8 def skill.
Unrealthy in DEF main coach, + 3 very good assistants,

Anything under 5 weeks is a pretty good skill. Very good is 2.5...3 weeks.
I also came back after a 5 years brake, this year!

1. Read tactic ID on url-address-bar of your browser
e.g. If URL is https://sokker.org/tactedit/teamID/415/tactID/2145057
then ID is 2145057

2. Get the tactic code with https://sokker.org/read_tact.php?id=ID
e.g. If ID is 2145057, then you get the CODE by https://sokker.org/read_tact.php?id=2191678

3a. Share the tactic on mail by posting the CODE (Just doubleclick on the long CODE to mark it all and then with right-click select copy. Do not format it (no line break!)

3b. Share the tactic on forum: Never post the CODE on forum, because you will make the forum unreadable (borders will break)
Post it formated, e.g. by using Terrions tactic-viewer and html-atributes

(remove XXXXX and replace CODE with the code)

Then you will have something like that:
