you can choose any other existing african country. They will not open new country unless there are enough users from it.

Thats like a chicken and egg problem, new users wont signed up unless the country is open

Raul has announced that the merge of small countries to an international league will come as one of the next development steps. So I don't expect that they will open new leagues before, but when it's done it should be easy to introduce ivorian nationality.

I trained some players and now i see i can`t sell any :) If i have a midfielder, whose value is 120000, i put him for sale for 20000 and fail to sell . How to develop my club then :) ?If i can`t get even 1/5 of a trained player`s value and he is only 22-23 y/o.

Don't look at players value. It has nothing to do with market values.

If you want yo know if your player is worth something just show how he looks, show his skills and training progress.
Speaking of training maybe you are doing something wrong.

Value is a tool to see how high the total sum of skills are (and then adjusted by form).. it doenst mean much in a sale to what he is worth

The two players you currently have on list, are close to useless.... you need to find better training objects

It has every transfer in it since season 60 and is updated daily.

You can look for how much what type of player sells for. Therefore also analyse how your trained player will look like after e.g. 1 season and how much he can be worth.

Can I use only one ATT in my tactic? Or this is not the best solution?

You can. It's hard to call it a bad formation or tactic , since imho you have to try using a tactic that plays to your teams strengths.

Especially if you are newer

It's not a good solution if you have only 1 striker, and he's the weakest link in your tactic.
Also, when running into a red card for your striker, it leaves your attack out of the game.
You can always play with 1 player in ATT order, but make sure you have an extra tactic ready with more strikers, to at least cover the red card issue.
