Subject: How to get started with Sokker tutorial

It's not a good solution if you have only 1 striker, and he's the weakest link in your tactic.
Also, when running into a red card for your striker, it leaves your attack out of the game.
You can always play with 1 player in ATT order, but make sure you have an extra tactic ready with more strikers, to at least cover the red card issue.

Hello! One question

I use sokker mostly of time in my cellphone. So there are some thing that i cannot do like edit tactics, or edit my uniform….

It is posible to attach a picture of a player’s talent directly from the phone? Or you have to put it first in the web so they give you a link?

You can edit tactics with mouse attached to smartphone (I did it with USB/USB-C adapter and mouse).
You need to host Picture (like screenshot on imgbb. com or similar page and then cut [img]...[ /img] part and paste it to Forum or Transfer announcement.

what minimum level of talent should a 17-18 year old player have in order to have prospects for training him?

It depends. Anything below 4,0 is good in my opinion.
Looking at you buying trainees for 15 mln € they should be top of the top meaning talent 3,3 and better.

Sokker has problems... and they're very well known.
We must not repeat them, we must come with solutions!

For example I'm very dissapointed that the topic with salvage of U-21/NT players from bots was closed...

About rules... maybe it's possible to help? To find someone who has the desire and knowledge how to describe new rules / new features?

When you push something (admin or not) you dont find any dev. Or if you got an answer, "devs" are too busy to follow something else from their own plan (plan which is almost at a standstill : 1 up/season).

Additionally, few admins dont care anymore (but take a "plus"), the rest of active admins can't make an impossible daily job when there'r too much left to do...

I talked with Raul about many mods/admins just keeping the star to get the plus for free, he knows about it but doesn't have time to deal with it

So yeah... basically every aspect of this game is like this. Admins, rules, game improvements etc. At this point I'm not sure they will be able to finish the changes in this decade.

To do what? Research and decide which mods/admins are inactive, cancelling them, finding new mods/admins in their place that are interested to do that and capable/fair enough to have such position?

I think it would take much more than 1 hour to do that

The selection is not difficult. I believe the candidature must be opened in the international forum, in one's own countries as we did in Italy. For example, when 3 new tutors were added, there were 5 candidates. The new inclusion of the 3 Italian tutors (I have been a tutor for 4 years) with 3 others who were a little inactive has helped the forum a lot.
I believe that there are many active and very willing users, but a selection thread is never opened.
If you don't start....

Why don't you manage the selection thread yourself? You can at least write down the names, it's simple. Devs don't have time but other users can bring this list.

Admins/mods have to be country specific, you would have to know people from each big country/region, you would have to research them so the power would not go to people who would abuse it etc.

It's also not really a "fun" thing to do so I'm not sure it would be that easy to even find candidates who would actually want to spend their time on this just for a free plus.

And I honestly don't care about doing anything for this game, so I won't be managing anything :) You can do it yourself.

But as you see, it will take much more than an hour. In my opinion much more than 50% of staff should be changed
