Can you explain to me the difference between the advanced training and formation training?
In understand the difference in % in training efficiency between them, but i´ve been reading some posts about that you need to give the player xx amount of formation training to be equal to 1 advanced training?
I played sokker in 2008-2014 and training has changed a lot.
The idea of having a player that pops in 3 to 5 weeks is not like this anymore.
Please help.
cheers

If you have players that you want to really train, then they have to train in advanced training. Only 10 players can receive "real" training via advanced.
Formation training is just a small boost for old players, what it does is mostly create confusion because people think they can train young players with formation... but it doesn't make sense.
1 advanced training = around 4 formation trainings.
So if a player trains in advanced training and pops after 3 trainings to solid, then if he was trained in formation - he would need around 11-12 formation trainings to pop to solid.
In other words: keep only 10 young players for training and give them advanced training.

The way to check a players talent by counting the weeks to pop is the same as before?

Only one thing that affects youth system is shorter season = juniors developes slower compared to age gain.

Yep, i don't know if anyone got divine junior after that change? Is it even possible?
It shouldn't matter = talent, number of weeks, starting level are the same.
All that changes is that the divine youth will be older.

This. I purchased a divine youth pull last season, he was midway into his 20th year.
Train him for a really long time. It works the same as other ranks.
The one difference is a skill can't go past 18.00.
So, literally every player c with this stat is 18.0.
The only attribute that can go past it's max is stamina. Stamina caps at 11.99
