Near controversy in Wales!
Race for Automatic Promotion (13 games):
Quakers (Division One.02) - 39 points
Cardiff University FC (One.03) - 39 points
Tiger Bay Royals (One.04) - 37 points
Quakers had already sealed the One.02 title, as TBR had the One.04 title. The Quakers were away to myself, they needed a win to guarantee their place in the Welsh Premier, however, they fielded a weakened side and went on to lose 11-1. Luckily for them, TBR lost 2-0 at home to Legia FC! Unluckily for them, Cardiff University in One.03 won 7-0 in their remaining game to take the Welsh Premier spot.

As a cool bonus to this site, maybe you could add to it, the strongest league top division around by calculating avg. mark of each top league and make it as a list..... shouldnt be hard for the data that is gathered and could be cool stat..... :)
