it will be hard to control the rating in games what happens if someone for example in europa leguage do 70+ rating? will there be a penalty?
also not sure if we will have 3x36 teams so you can do one common sign up and distribute the teams by rating maybe after its really your choice

I think you're right. If tournaments reach enough players, this rating could be relaxed.
