train only normal playing times. for some are TOP stars when they train 11/2 times. Despite my short training times I get a lot out of the players which makes a lot of people jealous. you see it can be more with more game time. everyone finds his way away. Every time I found mine. Thank you

depending of extra trainings and if he won't get too much injury 95 % he should reach 5x16... he need 12 pops in about 5 seasons which is doable... he could get even 13-14 pops with a little luck
