Am I crazy or are those amount of gt's impossible? Assuming that you've spent the last 12 weeks training def and passing, the gt's should add up to at least 12 as well.. ;)

It doesn't make a lot of difference of course, talent wise, but like you stated it now seems impossible to me.

I calculated like this : 10 gt = 1 t.

For example, if I have 3 T + 34 gt, I simply say : 6 t + 4 gt

I think it is better to clearly write exact info - 64gt ;)

Especially when it comes to age differences. 10gt in age of 16y and low skills means completely different thing than 10gt in age of 24 at high skills ;)

I always count 10 gt as 1 training.

in this case, it is exactly like this:

6 t + 4 gt passing to 16 passing

3 t + 32 gt to 15 def

Well, that is, as Lipa already said, a complete wrong manner of calculation.
I had a player who had 2 concecutive random pops in passing at age 16 and 17 without training on the level of weak and average...
So he popped at age 16 to weak passing and 9 GT later he popped to average at age 17...
I can make it clear this would be completely impossible at age 24 on formidable / outstanding level, right?

I see this differently.

1 gt is same in any age/skill level. The difference is that form age to age (skill level to skill level) you need more or less gt to complete one training :)

And that is the reason you cannot take 10GT as a standard for 1 training.
For 16y old with extremely good talent, it's only 5 GT.
Also the difference between playmaking and pace f.e....
It will differ that 1 player needs 8 GT for 1 PM training and 12GT for 1 pace training on the same level and age...
