All but the last 2 of the training were under "new training speed" so he lost a lot there I assume. Combination of both older age and higher skills hurt training a lot and thankfully is reversed.

He is only +3-4 in each pass and pace now. He might make it and I'll try, but I dont have that high hopes as pace training is so slow at these ages.

He will make it. Hi's only problem is to stay out of injuries :)

This is the reason why Devs are so determined not to allow multiple divine players anymore :))

They only went back to the old training system for lower skills...for skills over 15, it's a lot slower, so 16 weeks for 17 it's normal now even with best talent and trainers..

Maybe after I inevitably fail again in next seasons CC, not sooner than that :)

@spin - no, the training speed should be as it was for all skills.

From upcoming training (27.10) all training updates will have the same speed as it was with the old system.

I had 12w to 12 striker on player Who did both pace and tech to 17 on 7w.... it was a hug cut in training they tried introduce

Because 5-15 teams in 17 years had such midfield?.....
