what do you think guys, will he reach at least 3 x 17 on the left with new training system & speed?

He can be 3x17 in left side in my opinion, but whether this is the optimal option for him, is another question? For me 1 level pace down going to be 2 or 3 levels up on defender for him ?!?

He needs me as winger, 3 x 17 or better, if he cant reach it i need better player, hard to estimate progress when we dont know how many weeks will be needed for top levels, so i need your experience to help me guess, its really important to me, whole generation of 10 top players + defenders i will buy later will depend on his progress...

What do you think, cmon?

I don't have much experience as you know,
But I'm not too positive because seasons are short, there's injuries and then from 25+ it's harder to train in my opinion.

He will never reach 3x divine...

Once at age 25, his progression will slow down 50%
I think you should aim for 5x magical

not an option, need an winger, him or someone else better then him (then i sell him)

i will tray to calculate up to age 30 tomorrow, dont see other way to estimate progress and make decision, someone say he can be, someone he cant...

Id sell him if you want to make him a pure wing and go with different guy.

I have a 21yo with a better left side, higher pace and top talent, but yes, worth a bit more than 20 :-)

You dont need a better overall player, just a better wing. Or as good as for cheaper. Either way he will end up with 13 def or close to without any further def training and I dont think he will reach 3x17 left side because pace training is so slow now. As a pure wing, there is close to 0 difference between having 7 def or 13 but there will be in price.
Also high pass/pm compared to pace/tech makes players seems better than they really are, so could be not that bad of a time to sell.

Now you just have to train pace as first skill, no other choice if you want the player close to his max potential...
