I prefer to read the details of the new changes before making new things, but I've written it down. I plan to customize which columns to show (experience, teamwork, sumskills...)

Yes, it's very cool and really easy to calculate. I wish new devs include it in the official graphs :)
> As far as youths go, I would like the ability to project their likely end level based on current talent, and also to be able to put in past skill levels.

Every NT has its official NT database so that the players owners and all the assistants know where to send the skills. At the moment noone asked to use Sokker Asistente as their official NT database... And the info won't be shared unless the users explicitly check the ckeckbox for that purpose

I'd be happy for Sokker Asistente to be Australia U21 official database. The other one is all but dead.
I guess the only problem is whether those who are not in the U21 squad, will be able to be seen somewhere (maybe under a new column saying "outside squad")

It would be good if there was an easier way to add in old training sessions. Doing it one at a time is pretty painful (I just did 3 seasons worth for a player), and I managed to mess up, so had to repeat the whole lot. Also you need to do it multiple times if another skill goes up.
My (non-programmer) mind is thinking maybe a checkbox thing when adding training, and you can just check each box as being his skill. Then all other skills prior to that, use that as auto fill.
Also, if I fill in for one player, that we had a set type of training that week, would be good to somehow have that apply to all other players. Maybe a screen with all my players, and I just type how many training points they did and what position.
It's all very complex, and may not be worth the time, because as people just log in weekly to update, it will all be automatic, but it's something to consider moving forward
I'm still fiddling, working out the ins and outs, but I must say, I think it is a great program for working out skills. My favourite is definitely the youths. I noticed some of my points under the skills were reading not quite right (like 949/750 for Brilliant pace on a 24yo), but I suspect that is because of the non-precise nature of the calculation, and that just this week, I changed an assistant coach from adequate to excellent, and if it assumed all prior sessions were with the excellent, it may be overestimating how many points I was actually getting.

The problem is that all the training system could change in a few seasons. I don't know if it's worth investing too much time on such things at this moment. I'm a bit lazy for that reason :P
Mmm I can let you add x weeks with a simple click, maybe it's easy enough. You can edit the training type once you have added the weeks for all the players, so you make it just once
The added weeks get the same trainer/assistant levels that you had the first week

If it's easy to add "x weeks same training type" it would be a good improvement, but I totally understand the not wanting to invest too much time in to it, especially if things change. :P I'm exactly the same with a lot of things haha
I will just keep suggesting things, if they are easy, great, if not, it's still an amazing tool

Ok, this is what I'm doing:
- You can choose the number of weeks to add
- If the week already exists for the user, it keeps the previous training type for the team
- I'm including a remove button to remove only the trainings previous and equal to the selected one

Can we get the option to put in old skills of youths? Also can you make it so any manually entered skills for youths, it shown with a different background colour? This way it prevents people from putting in false numbers to make the talent better
Graphs are very easy to manipulate, even those captured directly from Sokker
I will consider adding weeks, it won't be hard. But that's all :)

Finished the addition of weeks for the juniors
No chance to modify existing values, only add the lacking ones

How did you do that?
I just get the page with all the players and their abilities, but then it is nothing I can do. How can I work with the tool? It seems to be great! But I really dont know how to use it
