Just for reference, what are the default values under training configuration?

If you leave them blank they will go back to default values after saving.
I have configured my GitHub account directly on my Eclipse so now latest source code will be available there :)

Is it possible to share with us the formula to calculate from Training points (max 180) to effectivness (max 100 - the one which appear in green/orange)?
I guess the points which appear bellow green/orange circle, like 211/235 are refering to effectivness not to training points, right?
You said in older post that foreach age/level the formula is old_points * skill_skillFactor for a player with 4 as talent. (180*1.1=198). But if he is 3.9 talent how do you change the formula?

Yes, it's effectiveness
Talent is proportional: a talent 4 player would train 2 times faster than a talent 8 player
So, just make a rule of 3

Yes, there is some kind of bug the day before the age update every season
