And sorry, I can't tell you how exactly formula works.
Just believe me, there is nothing in formula what says "count account balance X more than rest of the parameters".
It works same way for each of the parameters and it is like comparison with other teams in league.

I understand that. The problem is €10m difference in clubs' balances mean nothing in today Sokker world while €10m difference in team value is light years distance. And if both 10 millions have the same weight this creates totally unrealistic expectations.

Yes and that problem is solved (will be after next calculation) still each milion will "count", but not in linear scale.

You can just buy expensive talents cause they are high money, low value

What I can say, the algorithm doesn't take account balance from the day of calculations, it takes average balance from whole season.

Or you could just invest a lot less in the starting lineup to make up for less ticket revenue. Whether midtable or bottom in the end is the the same "total failure" result.

Yup, that's exactly what I did and I earned/saved a lot of money on that. I planned to spend around 2.5m-3.5m euro on my first team at start of previous season to play for top 3. Instead I kept playing with 36-39yo players and ended at 8th place.

So +3m saved on transfers and additionally +3m on finances during last season, so in total +6m euro before counting money earned on training/transfers of young players.

Well I wasnt talking about how to avoid it while being uncompetitive.... I always played to achieve results... but instead of having war Chest finances and top team, go for top team + expensive trainees No big war Chest finances.... I ended up having expectations telling me to end 5th Even I just won the league this way

That might work in Denmark, in big countries if you go for top team you don't have money for expensive trainees and don't have when and where to train them.

No offence, but my 4th leagues seems same/stronger than your top league.

In my case I sold out my entire 67-70 rating team (midtable in top league) and started playing with €10-50k very old players for 60-63 rating. So I saved ~€10m per season from depreciation of players and lost not more than €2-3m from tickets & sponsors.

Good for me but bad for the league which lost another one competitive team.

@adaca I think top juniors are not always most profitable. Maybe you know how to make sure you earn good money from them but I don't

Youth School is probably the #1 thing that could use an overhaul. Obviously, it's a big ask, but present youth school is terrible for most people not lucky enough to win the YS lottery.

YS is the most important part of this game to be reworked. It has huge impact on almost all other aspects of this game.

Whats being worked on right now?

coach retirement, said strus - with another news in some weeks

Project of coach retirement is ready and waits for implementation.
If dev will implement it this season (70) first coaches will retire at the end of season 71 - so in about 23 weeks.

Last time backend dev was working with expectations system, adjusting, fixing the problems and with other small things.

List "in progress" is almost empty right now, so they will probably continue working with small bugs and other things to make them better + there is a big chance to start with project of something new. Maybe it will be YS but nothing is decided yet.

I know we discussed it. But i dont remember a clear answer.
With coach retirement, will there be a change of the way that the coaches are pulled?
Imho its very important.
