Not faster than in 23 weeks. Maybe even later.

Not faster than in 23 weeks. Maybe even later

I appreciate this information you give us (although I would prefer it to be an official announcement)
In any case, it is useless to know how long it will take if we do not know from what age it will happen

Personally I don't think there are "negative changes" since we all play under the same rules, BUT when the reporting of changes is not complete everything becomes a lottery

There won't be an exact line when coach retires. The chance will grow with the age.
I can't say when possibility of getting retired will appear, but for sure it won't take place before coach is 60yo.

And now my personal opinion.

Changes/reforma:
- league reform with 2 games a week - very positiv - the problem with injuries is not the problem of that reform
- training reform - very positiv - if some1 wants it is still possible to train players as before
- expectations - for now it's a partialy fail, I think it will be positiv but after further adjustements, not yet

What I would do if the decision were mine?
- reworking of injuries
- Youth school rebuild
- full adjustement of expectations
- full recruitment and retirement system

The chance will grow with the age.
More uncertainty, there is no way to face the changes.

I just completed my set of SN trainers, I've been playing for 8 years.
Every change drags me to the bottom of the competition.

One more bad change is droping skill in YS noone said that today :D

training system +
3 games a week + ( more for non plus users), but for me also its good cos we have bigger league with more teams

injury - cos of more games that they cant play..
also the way of form how to improve is something they must introduced at least to know what will be the best way not direckly buying additionaly staff but reasons why he cant gain form if team winning a lot and that player scores a lot of goals (against non bot teams)

Thanks a lot for the info.

I would add something needs to be recovered in the game: Desire to buy players that make you win.

a top level player 27+ yo is usually sold at the ssame price or even less than good normal juniors. Age is much more relevant than before and demand for top players has fallen

That change wasnt new developers

League reform - injuries, slower training (faster aging), faster aging for juniors (they come out old)
training reform - "if some1 wants it is still possible to train players as before" - untrue, you cannot train 22 players in pace.

Blue to adaca
it's certainly a byproduct of the changes though... All the changes effect the TL..

Less meaningless changes.. and more real players to play against would make the game better.. like a regional or world league.. instead of two league games a week against the same old teams.. for small countries like the USA.. makes for boring game play.. the changes imo are mostly negative.. because they have lost so many users, and the effects like on the TL market.. & limited training/ increase injuries, etc.. & the new training rewards money over skill.. and again prevents people from using the TL. and the supporter system is joke.. they used to have madly in love with your team.. I haven't lost a league game since i signed up.. crushing expectations.. but they still are just delighted.. so kind of a joke. meanwhile they're giving you more data on the fans?? but it's meaningless.. and over complicates the game for new users.. but new users are certainly not a priority or interest too the current devo's ... sad. and unfortunately the game is boring and too easy win with all the broken systems. with so few players.. why not combine some of these tiny countries like the USA.... this game used soo fun and super cool. now it's just broken.
OR let competitive players move countries.. Currently the game NO fun for most of the people in the world..

I guess this is really turning into a game for just polish (& a couple other) countries.. Sad the rest of us are being left behind.
So over all .. the changes are negative from my perspective. Oh well.. Had hoped when i came back i would find some more appealing changes with a broader positive impact on gameplay.. and i do miss the TL.. but they were insistent about killing it. now it's dead. lol

A simple solution would be this:

All coaches fired after age 75 - gone, not recycled on market. No more coaches over 75 on market.
All coaches on teams already? Allowed until forced retirement at 78.

Give the implementation date for at least a full season, that way no matter when the patch goes in, folks have a full season to adjust.
