I am just an english man in New York, losing my religion, being the chosen one, waka waka he he

I would like to give a feedback about suporters mood. My suporters expect nothing but the first position in league. I'm in 4th, with the same points as the 3th. And the second is only 3 points above me. So there is a good chance that i promote this season. And the level of satisfaction due to the expectations of my suporters is 0%.

So I believe that, in my case, the actual system would make this level of satisfaction be 50%-60% if my team where in first, 30% in second, 10% in third and 0% the rest. Correct me if I'm wrong. So, If my team where in the last position (12), losing every game i played, the level of expectations would be 0%. The same level as they are now, in 4th, 3 points away from second. Very childish, i think.

The whole mood calculation is ridiculous. But that has been said here a few times already.

Expectations system calculated your team as strongest one in league (taking to calculations fanclub, money, average marks your team played last season, place where your team was in league last season etc). This is why fans expects from your team to be 1st.
That calculating system was not perfect so don't take it too serious this season, from next season algorithm will be improved and far more balanced.

But still, when fans expects your team to be first, you will achieve:
- having 1st place: goal achieved, or above expectations, or great success
- 2nd-3rd place - below expectations
- 4th-12th place - total failure

So yes, if your team is that strong in such league, 4th place for your fans is same like it would be 12th - total disaster.

it is mixed value from last and current season expectations fulfillment.

I know, and it will never (or at least for next about 10 seasons) be anything else.
There is no chance there will be anyone else in my league that will be calculated as to win the league.

Who knows, maybe you're right, if you are that strong you should think about promoting your team :)

To everyones knowledge - algorithm is already rebuild so calculations for next season could be different.

I know, because the calculation is based primarily on the budget. There is no one in the 3rd league that has as much as i have.
If the main weight of the algorithm would be based on the average team rating (as it should be) then i would be on 6-7th place, therefore overachieving.

Ok. Thanks. I read about the mood been conected to stadium size, or the amount of cash. I think all that was pointed out so i didnt even mentioned. But i thought that my point (stantard deviation), maybe were not. But I'm probably wrong about that.

Thanks for the reply. I didnt need to mention that this calculation probably are not accurate (using money in cash, stadium and so on) because i think people have already said enough.

But i think it's pretty obvious that if you are in 4th, fighting for promotion, even if the calculations says you are strong for that division, is not the same as 12th for any supporter. It's a waste of time for me to even discuss that.

You can't even think my juniors will be so bad that they will loose woth you even if you spend all your money. :D

It is not primarily based on the budget, however, when some1 has huge amount of money that parameter indeed covered other parameters. In next version it will be much more balanced. Still, having alot of money possibly will cover other parameters, but same, if you take average team rating and you would have much bigger that teams in your league it would be the same, team rating would have bigger impact.
There were also some small bugs cousing problems sometimes. I believe in new version it will work really fine.

I think you could invest 5-10% of your budget to be able to win your league. If you don't want to it is your problem.

First of all we were working alot on that system in last month to simply make it better, fixing problems etc. There were many changes so it was not possible to announce "manual of final version".

Secondly, I don't know how owners will look at it, maybe same like with training and talent - noone really know how it works cause it is like a "secret" and you will never find a true formulas in rules.
