Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!

and yes, greg had said sometimes that fan mood is a quite unimportant feature and you shouldn't have to look at if often. Now this has changed, as Raul used it to influence the finance system. So it has become complicated, and it has been moved too much in the spotlight.

Training needs to be divorced from the competetive aspect of the game. When that happens there's no benefit to deliberately sinking your team to the lower leagues and hoarding money becomes pointless.

It doesn't influence finances that much like everyone think. New system influences only a mood, other mechanics haven't been changed at all. We have made once a statistic about average fans mood in sokker and it dropped just 4 percent points in general, that's really not much.

There is idea about that, but waits for greg's and damian's aprovement.

Well, actually I think they must be together.

Higher divisions should train better players. Lower divisions shouldnt be able to pay high salary and "forced" to sell (or players should reject to 'renew' contract and go to TL)

The problem I see is that in this game winning is not economically worth it, some other solutions should be found, just my opinion

Which idea do you mean?

Imo, the challenge and compromises to be made between efficient training of trainees and success in league games always had its special charm.
(And it is also quite realistic, as top teams usually struggle with providing sufficient playtime for development to young potentials)
But I also understand, if you find it annoying... :-)

Step by step. Not enough resources to make everything at once

I won't say anything about details before decisions are made.

As soon as there are changes, where do you announce it? in the forum? in the pressroom?
For example, I saw today in a case that they added more subtitle slots to a much higher number, good change.
But where can I see all the new changes you make?

Pressroom is the place where it will / should be announced.

+1

thanks for replying and contributing to the game!

The interface of the game is chaotic. Good luck trying to find a specific forum or forum topic that is not used by you. Good luck finding the right staff to discuss or ask something. I receive often questions on who they must contact because their country has no staff to begin with because they are too little. I recon THAT should be their first and main priority! Order within the chaos. I just saw you are an official developper within the game. But the game doesn't allow us to see or know without us specifically looking for it through browsing through random people or going to a specific country and look for staff. I see so many new and seasoned users lost within the game, not finding their way to the point they are looking for. And why isn't the focus on making the game being in 1 interface in stead of 2? I saw numerous changes people didn't asked for, complicating things more and more while at the beginning it was made clear that making all pages within 1 interface was necessary to work easier. I'm not saying it is intentionally, but you need to be aware that it looks like you don't know what to do first, meaning you are not at the same page regarding priorities.
I too am glad there's still interest to improve the game, but it seems chaotic at this time.

haha should be - its good
But it is a fact that this change came in the subtitle and it was not announced anywhere. In the pressroom I just saw about the changed taxes and that's it

And regardless, thank you for answering questions here, even though some of the answers are very political and unclear, because for a long time there was no response from the admins and certainly not from the game developers, and it felt like a complete disregard and that no one cares
2024-08-20 18:09:52
I agree, I am one of those who asked you how I can find an admin and that there is no admin for my country. And I'm not that new here anymore... so those who are new, in general, may get into trouble and not understand anything

As I said before, step by step, it is not possible to do everything at once - for example, updating all the old pages to the new ones. Nothing can be done about it, it has to take time, page by page, in parallel with other changes to the mechanics. That's all I can say about the interface.

I agree that the contact is also chaotic, although there have already been some changes in this area and I hope for more.
As you noted, I have been appointed as a developer. I somewhat self-appointedly take charge of forum communications. In addition to this, I am also working on a tutorial for new users. I would like one of the messages within the tutorial to be a list of people to contact, especially tutors. However, I see the problem that some societies have either inactive tutors or suffer from a lack of tutors. Something I will want to do about this, but I also have no control over everything.
