How about we make training for U23 players 100% on friendlies and league matches and from 24y olds, they need league games for training and don't train in friendlies

Then I would try to get out of national Cup really fast so I can get the friendly u23 bonus.
Will try to use my money in juniors and not in good players and try to win

Yup. I’d love to play competitively, but it’s impossible for me because I must use my seven 16-18yo players in league to give them training. In other words, current system makes me throw away every second game of the season.

This sucks, I see in the polish leagues that there are teams that loose 0 - 33 because of this, and this has no sense with reality and also makes the game boring.

What I personally do to try to find some equlibrium is making my trainees play 22 minutes in every match league, ex. 10 trainees, 5 play 22 minutes in 1 match, the other 5 plays 22 minutes in the other match. This way I can still compete but train in 96% at least.

It will be very boring train at 100% but not having an interesting match to watch.

So this 100% training efficiency for friendly or something similar is already in the table?

My doubt is,.. When you say "waiting for an answer" is there a calendar day where the answer is given? or it can be waiting for a year?

I would seriously stop with those real life comparisons

I only make that comparison since comparison is the main reason why there are so many restrictions!
If it's a game, then let people fully train every player without restrictions! But that would then be unrealistic?

It's vacation month here in Poland so not everytime everyone is available. But yes, we have such status meetings twice a month, controlling tasks and making plans.

And when they got knocked out of that tournament you'd just have the same problem again.

Yes. And agree with you. There is not 1 magic solution, everything has side effects.

But for what you said, something like national cups can be implemented in the first half of the season and international cups in the second half.

Anther subject but related is about the NT games in WC season. Only 3 official games. And for countries that don't classify, 0 official games.

Sk needs to keep the awareness for managers through all the season, and to include as much managers as possible.

They want a game that people get logged more frequently, just improve the reason the first one register, to compete

There could be an reserve team and cup match instead. As in real life. Reserve team/friendlies dont have much attendance anyway

Yes there should be copa America, European championships, africa etc etc included to fill out the schedule. Just let everybody participate in small main tourney.

Why is that the case? Why do you have so much young trainees in your position being at SK for so long time? Do you need that amont of young trainees for financial reasons or is it the fun factor of training improvement?

koka to koka
Imo, if you take out the compromise for training, the consequence will be that there is no fluctuation and competitiveness in the leagues anymore. Teams will be on top level, buy and develop best trainees, will win league matches and stay in the top.

Imo, you even need to force managers more to decide for training success or league success. However, league success needs then to be even more relevant. For the latter, the fan expectations, mood and sponsor payments need to have even higher impact on financials.
But that seem to be a quite unpopular approach seeing the discussions already happening on that topic.

For me it’s fun factor of training plus lack of interest in playing for results with my club.

In Poland there is a stupid cycle where if you want to play for trophies for at least a couple of season you have to train in low leagues, make money, buy top trainees, improve them to top level.

Then you play for 83+ for a couple of season, you burn all the money you got, at one point team gets too weak to compete, you sell and go to low leagues to regain money. I did it twice, don’t really see anything fun in that.

So change the habits by making playing for results to be much more valuable than training.
2024-08-22 09:00:47
That will create inflation which again will increase the value of youngsters.

I think you don’t get that people decide what is valuable in this game. And according to people youngsters are more valuable than top stars.

Yes, but only because youngsters cost no money compared to top stars in wage and top stars cannot be trained anymore like youngsters. The main problem of the game is that people prefer training over results. And as long as you don't change that perspective, there's no room for improvements on the sportive side!
