Devs take it too seriously and forget this is just a game. And if I am happy with the game I will pay for PLUS if not...

I don't think the changes in trainers are tragic per se, it's not actually bad. It makes it look very bad that the context is that people feels there are other things more importante than this, and investing resources in this is not interesting.

Things like competitive vs training are more important and let's hope this things can be important for devs to.

But not everything is negative and tragic.

What do you think, will my coaches be willing to stay!?

LOL, your post at 18:12 isn't really applicable here at all. This isn't really affecting anyone else's success rate at all, and the financial impacts after 4 months will be negligible.

The simplest fix is making every coach auto-retire after age 80. Not really controversial, no one in their right mind will expect an active 81 year old coach- I sure didn't. I was fully expecting to replace my two super geezers, and had actually replaced one just yesterday.

probably I will stop buying plus and retire from sokker for years again. this is not why I came back to sokker and bought plus for all recent years. nothing exciting happen for years and all they do is make sokker worse.

Retiring coaches is not a bad idea, it had to happen.
The problem is that there should have been a reform of how the coaches are recruited.

Because as i (and others ) mentioned, all the changes that are being done have negative effect.
Not a single change with positive effect (there was one neutral).

I haven't never retired from playing, but I have slowed down my playing time. Now I'm into hunting xD

sorry guys, I do not understand your upset mood.
It is anyhow a bit too much of training 'optimization' imo to have 4 x unearthly coaches just for gaining 1-2% more effectiveness.
Maybe it is time to rethink old strategies and adapt your planings.

So you needed a roof, got a toilet and in that process a wall was destroyed, correct? :-p

Anyway, just buy an umbrella, collect the water from rainfall and use it for flushing the toilet! ;-)
