that does not sound very smart to me. What is the reasoning and return of invest?

I think what with this changes, unique good ideea is to restart the game!!!

just spent 8x 36k (288k ) and in that 8th pull get solid 15 trainer.. 40y old.. and immid. fired the secound oldest 80y trainer :D

one season before retirement is too little time... it is not surprising that the overwhelming majority have a negative reaction.
I can't even imagine what an explosion of negativity will be when managers who are inactive on the forum receive a message about the removal of their coaches!

I think that it is necessary to reconsider the time for introducing this change.
it is necessary to change the age of all coaches over 70 years old to a random age of 55-65 years old. The older the coach is now, the closer his new age should be to 65 years old.

5-6 seasons before retirement is comfortable.

Devs know what to have 5 trainers with 16 general skills costs 62,5 mln euros?

And do you know that having 5 unearthly coaches makes non sense at all ?

Instead of complaining you should welcome these changes which will force you to make more rational choices.

Everyone has their "own sense".
Common sense for some people is non sense for others.
I think why people is complaining right now is because devs are giving us too little time to find/generate younger coaches, which is not cheaper at all.

My youngest coach is 77 and the oldest 90
By the end of next season probably I have to replace them all with some shitty coaches

It is also possible, that all 5 will stay.

Biggest problem really hard to hire a level 16 coach. And if someone hire a level 16 coach with 55-59 old, I can't use it too much time so need kick him out.

If we hire a level 16 coaches we want use them minimum 20 seasons, not train with them only one generation players, what we start to train from maybe 17-18 age until 27-28 ages. Ok someone trading, but some of us train a players long term. Me haven't too much profit on the players as train for the NT.

Now we need buy players cheaper. It is 100% I won't pay more then 2.5 million euro for a player if I need change my level 16 coaches too much times.

I feel the developers decided to suddenly about this. Needed more correct decision about the coaches ages. Need a correction.

Best value for money are brillant / magical assistants. 3 unearthly assistants this is completely overkilled, no need to complain and cry.

I think it is a good change! And they should consider to introduce players retirement from age 34+, it can be random too and influenced with club success at the end of season!
It should influence team budget even more and instantly increase desire to spend more money!

And instantly increase desire to quit the game too... Not everyone sits on a pile of money... Who's safe? Oh yeah...traders!

Thanks Geston for being here giving all explanations and your point of view, is really appreciated and necessary for the community.

The last developments are focused on the same thing, trying to retire money from sokker and punish all the managers not interested in being competitive for a while.

So, this is a good change in that terms, it make sense with that goal, less money in sokker and if you have a very bad season you have more chances to have a trainer being retired.

On the other hand, all these changes are looking for a better long-term sokker, but you are forgetting users dont know about long-term, they also need short-term changes.

Try to mix these kind of changes (bad for user, good for sokker long -term) with improvements for users (youth school, international competitions, make some decisions less random...)
