Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!

So, I would argue that its not the newest users who get hurt. It's the users who are 9-24 months or so old that get hurt.

They are the ones, IF they are making gradual progressions in coaching staff improvements, who are just getting to brilliant and magical coaches now. I am in this boat, and the only reason this isn't destroying me is the fact that I only had 2 ancient coaches of 5. Replaced both but the last one I happened to replace 3 days ago for a great price (I paid more in salary), having no idea this publish announcement was coming. I knew it was coming 'soon' but not yesterday, I was expecting end of season. Now I have two 70 year olds, I expect at least one will stay next season so I'll be okay with my STILL somewhat limited funds (due to the fact I'm still trying to get my defense a little younger). My other 3 coaches are all below age 45.

i've got a good 'sokker friend' who is going to be destroyed by this change. He's about to promote to the Major League next season, and now, instead of selling a few players and trying to buy some older guys to try and survive, he's going to have to invest a ton of money into replacing most of his freshly magical coaching staff.

A normal behaviour would be to pay PLUS because you like this game and are willing to support it financially.

Those who are angry at the game and continue to play and pay for PLUS are called masochists.

If you bought him old on transferlist you have been warned already For 5 seasons they would introduce coaches retirement and can put the criticism on your own bad judgment

I also lost over 5mil on 2 or 3 magical trainers with 35-36k salery ( they were expensive cos they told that skills dosent matter for asistent) and i pay too much for them to have less weekly salary cap.. and now this change is bad but not that much for overreact.. now i will put some stronger asistent with higher salery but i can buy him or won on lottery for less money... when you know that you must change trainers after 3-4 real years you can afford youself bigger wages on trainers. I hope you understand me :D

I myself spent 2 million euros this season to recruit a 58-year-old unearthly coach knowing the reform was coming, and I'm very happy to help take some money out of the game if he retires in two seasons' time.

60 year old will have less then 4% chance

If he doesn't I will simply fire him.
There is too much money in this game.

But yes retirement age should be at Least 65 and first 10% chance at 70 and then +5 % chance each season....

Tried setting tactics and lineup for NT tomorrow, when I started making cond orders this happened and it doesn't change back... anyone else had this problem?

maybe problems everywhere, you can't find a trainer eather (not TL but the normal way)

They Said they would maybe very soon change age on coaches recruitment and subs Are also just tweaked so maybe and I would guess they try fix problems fast

I dont think the issue is on other things then things they program right now
