All it is too confuse today, beacause... "if your team dosen´t achive "the expectations", the coaches can decide TO GO!

And other thing... ¿How devs are going to replace this unearthy coaches?
Devs will put more level 16 coaches on "the rulette"? They will put more level 16 coaches in transfer list?

Most of this new changes make EVEN MORE dificult to have or make a Good Competitive team.

Yeah, it doesn't make much sense to sack your coach until he actually announces that he's retiring. And even then, you should wait until he's done.

If they decide to retire you still have a whole season to find a new coach...

Many users DONT understand the difference in training with a level 16 coaches.

So... you can sell them so well now.
Not that well in a few weeks (when the coaches get 1 year more) making even more difficult their sales.

Yea, at the age of 62 there is 5% chance of retire if you have total failure with expectations. There is not something like just "decide to go"... Even if choach is 120yo, your team has failed expectations, there is never 100% chance of leaving the club. The chance is just higher.

How many level 16 coaches you get on "the rulette", maybe my team an ALL ARGENTINIAN users dont have luck.
I try more than 300 times searching for a 16 level that way, and i only lose money.
Never get even 1.

16 level... nothing here... at least NOT on my 17 years old experience.

I'm afraid you are the one that doesn't know what he is talking about...

It doesn't matter that you were unlucky, that's not how it works - someone will get a 16 in first try, other users will try 100 times and will get 0. It's same with youth school. One user has in one seasons a 16, 15 and 14 youth, another one has max 13 for 10 seasons in a row....

You don't "fish" from available coaches... you just have a draw for a new coach with huge amount of random involved
