It doesn't matter that you were unlucky, that's not how it works - someone will get a 16 in first try, other users will try 100 times and will get 0. It's same with youth school. One user has in one seasons a 16, 15 and 14 youth, another one has max 13 for 10 seasons in a row....

You don't "fish" from available coaches... you just have a draw for a new coach with huge amount of random involved

You say on one hand, that "you CAN get a level 16 coach in 1 try", and others cant have one even in 1000 try.

It´s not easy. Its not available for all. At least not for me and my friends in many, MANY YEARS...

And what does it have to do with the fact, that the amount of 16 coaches is unlimited and they don't have to "add" any of them?

Only thing they can do is influence the rng of draw but they don't want to do that, so it won't change

Totally, legal, it is an idea, but I need to analyse level 16 coaches on the market. Short term contracts for one season from the market with low price with high age can be solve problem, if someone see in them a fantasy, it can be cheaper then hire. Maybe the older coaches price will be lower on the market;)

It can be funny. maybe 0.5 million euro for a level 16 old coach would be no problem for me:)

I always hired, and never bought coach from the market, but it maybe chance.

This is the similar, when I don't want to pay 7-8 million euro for a talented midfielder, rather then I look for the cheap players with high talent...

But I need to see the market how will lost prices the old coaches on the market, will it be worth or no...

It won’t work

People will sack old unearthlies now because they panick and don’t know how this system will work (low chance of retirement)

In next seasons when they understand how it works they will sack only their retiring coaches close to the end of season

For your idea to work people would have to sack their unearthly coaches at beginning of season when they get info about retirement. No idea why anyone would do that though.

That's what I'd hope in the early season's sack... We will see how the others feel or thinking about it. Another way I feel who train defenders or attackers or keepers they don't need to keep level 16 assistant coaches. So maybe they will keep only level 14-15 coaches and hire them easier. If they train for the NT or they are t fanatic that another thing...

Now I hunt an old level 16 NT coach from the market for junior school no problem for me.

If they goal is to burn money, why dont just allow easier coach hiring (unhearthly coaches) and just increase more the wage?

This as complement to the retiring coaches idea.

So the new draft age range is 40 - 59 years.

So if I draft a 59yo, there is a possibility he will retire the next season?

This feels so demotivating, why not make the max draft age 50?
If you spend milions, is it not fair to at least be able to keep him for 10 seasons?

It would be 10 season on average. And from 60, even if possible the chance will be low, however in extreme bad luck case it is possible that he will announce retirement the next season, and leave right after that season.

Imho, it's ok and user don't have to sign the randomized 59 yo coach anyway.
