Way harder for some one with less income to replace coaches, no?
I understand each wants whats best for their community, but this last few changes only benefited the rich/ big communities?

Most of the changes benefit no community. If someone has 5 unearthly coaches how does this change benefit him?
If I make half of what you make and we both have to spend the same on coaches, how does that not benefit you, it creates an advantage for you?
The same way the sallary change created a gap.

There are also different needs at different levels
You don’t need 3x 16 assistants, do you have them? Probably not. Some rich do so for them to get back in total 5 unearthly will be more costly than for you to rebuild your staff setup.

I spent almost 500k so far and best i could get is a 33k brilliant coach. This is a great way to make managers spend money, better than any taxes.

I'm not decided yet, but I will probably just move this assistants to the role of main coach and look for another cheap ~40yo brilliant assistant.

Kranich is perfect as Headcoach... You shouldn't spend a single Euro further. I would kill you to get him in my team and in your team he is only assistant ;-)
I am a nobody to tell you what to do in this game but keeping Kranich as a head coach is the best rationnal thing you could do !
Having him as assistant is shortest way to be killed by some1 who wants him as a headcoach.

What changes and how actually made smaller communities less able to compete?
Small communities also have very big advantages, it's MUCH easier to train and stay at the top all the time, every season, while in big communities you have to spend A LOT to stay at top for just couple of seasons.
There were many teams from small communities that were able to have teams playing for 80+. It's actually much easier to build and stay at high level in a small country.

None of the recent changes have made the game particularly harder or easier for anyone.
In my subjective opinion, the changes that have been made have a positive, but still minimal, impact on the overall economy of the game. For them to make more sense, further steps are needed, especially the move of the junior school. Without this, there is nothing to talk about.
