What did you fill in at every skill doing this?
Lost millions of euro's last night without a usefull magical and not any unearthly.
I had 5 retirements...:(

Damn, that's bad luck. I remember wasting millions and millions in the past to get the training staff I had now (who were 90-110yo), not a single unearthly. Now I got the unearthly and also a bunch of magicals. But obviously you want a 8 x unearthly main coach or at least 7 x unearthly and hopefully the keeper skill the low one then.

I put 8 x divine as the parameters and it changed it automatically to 8x magical. Also tried 8 x unearthly, 7 x divine and 1 x unearthly etc. which really makes on difference as it was always reduced to 8 x magical. But I did it purely because I'm superstitious in things related to this game. ;)

With 3 times. Just spend 112 500 $ for getting this, but I confused myself, I wanted to skill lower in keeper, I can't afford this but I couldn't reject it too.
I'll fire him so people can fight for it on TL. Shame I can't get money for it

Looking at this, that is so difficult to get it, I'll try to mantain him, reducing my team sallary or whatever it's need to do.. Better for juniors than principal right?

The benefit it minimal. If you cant afford him, do not keep him.

I would say no. If you've got an 8x it's far more useful to use as a main coach. Any old Magical or Unearthly will do for the youths.

Also, the benefit for having such a main coach is that he will covering all skills perfectly, and like Borkos said...the general pops will stream in like crazy for very young trainees. Imo he's worth the extra 10k in comparison with magical coaches, except when you don't want to train GK. Cause mainly, there's the big difference in salary!

So you need to ask yourself. WHAT do you want to cover with your coaches?

Since you train mostly short term and youngsters then you can keep current main coach and use the unearthly as youth coach if you feel such need. Youth school is always very random and depends on who you get.
