Again, how would you calculate and balance what will be needed?
If you asked the managers, they would always say there are not enough magical/unearthly coaches on the market and they are too expensive.

Also for keeper?
Yes, i have an u21 keeper and have to train him...I tried with lower stamina and got one, he's my main - 7x16+10 in stamina.
If you need magical assistants with lower salary, you can try leaving the gk skill empty

The most natural way would be the possibility to send old players to the coaches academy, starting with tragic to solid level, depending on their experience
Week by week they could increase this level according to their talent, and after 2 seasons of learning they would be ready to join the main team

yes, you are certainly right. :-D
That should be enough. Anyway, then you don't need a transfer market, you could just give anybody the desired trainers for free.
Maybe we should do the same with the players' market? Then we don't have problems with traders anymore. ;-) *ironic

Forget transfer market for coaches. Just make a sort of market place for coaches. Show the cpaches up front and make a fixed price for you to buy them. And have every coach bought, instantly replaced with a coach of a similar general strength, f.e....a manager buys a magical coach...have it replaced by another magical coach and have them generated randomly. I don't see the point of punishing unlucky managers because they seem to generate 100x more coaches than lucky ones!! The random in the youth is already punishment enough for the unlucky ones! I thought this game was designed to be balanced?

I think the problem with doing that is the same problem with FFP in the real game. You're removing a variable that allows clubs to catch up after the old clubs have already benefitted from the old system. The less random this game is, the less potential for upwards mobility.
Sure... 50M and you get one!
No but serious... the coach recruiting system in it's random jacket is totally wrong! You can be a new manager and justnot being able to get 1 magical coach due to random. So all your h1rd worked money flushed down the drain in the hope to recruit 1 decent coach and yet...random deciding different for you, while your competitor in the league gets 2 in 2 tries. I don't get what's ok with this system...

Youth system works the same way, or even worze, it’s totally random and you cannot influence it in any way (as you can with coaches by setting your expectations).
sure, but for youth it's one thing.
Good coaches are needed for everyone. your entire progress depends on it.
Figure your stadium expantion randomly fail...result...you don't only have no expantion, but your stadium has an entire stage empty due to broken seats...
I recon that key factors of a team need to be static and fixed for everyone. not random

Good coaches are well available. What many managers are looking for are exceptionally good co-coaches, e. g. magical or even unearthly ones.
And imho that super coaches are high-end optimization of training effectiveness (maybe a few % better than incredible/brilliant coaches)
I don't see a problem when managers throw out millions for that goal.

It is logical that everybody strives for optimal conditions:
- best fan mood
- best coaches
- no restriction for training
- most talented trainees
- no random with youths
- no injuries
- etc.
If these goals, however, are easy to reach without challenge, what is then then the purpose of it in this game?

I'm not saying it should be cheap. But at least it should be equally expensive for everyone! Now it is not the case.

again - it's the same with youth school.
you get a top youth, you can sell him for 25m euro. your friend earns 2.5m euro for 10 seasons total. is that "fair"? doesn't the team progress depend on it? a great youth at early stage of playing can make you jump a couple of levels.
even more because:
a. you don't have ANY impact on youth school and who you get - you have an impact on coaches to an extent
b. the difference between bad/good youth school / youth player is extremely big, the difference between magical and unearthly coach is not...
