Good coaches are needed for everyone. your entire progress depends on it.
again - it's the same with youth school.
you get a top youth, you can sell him for 25m euro. your friend earns 2.5m euro for 10 seasons total. is that "fair"? doesn't the team progress depend on it? a great youth at early stage of playing can make you jump a couple of levels.
even more because:
a. you don't have ANY impact on youth school and who you get - you have an impact on coaches to an extent
b. the difference between bad/good youth school / youth player is extremely big, the difference between magical and unearthly coach is not...

Yep, but that is no argument for or against this stupid coach lottery. It just sucks. DEV's again don't know what they are doing unfortunately!

Me neighter! That's why I always bought my coaches on the TL list. Yes, sometimes or almost always for a lot of money, but at least I know what I get. I hate the ridicoules lottery, makes no sense at all. And non of the 'arguments' why it should be this way, also make no sense at all.

Recruiting coaches burns money very fast. Youth is a longterm investment and the financial input is very low compared to coach hiring.
But the main reason is that you need coaches and you can play without youth school, but not the other way around.

I feel sorry for those people who invested millions for years generating unearthly coaches and now those coaches will retire because this new feature.
Oh yeah, sympathy for those who earned millions from a 1-off cost because the owners couldn't be bothered to implement a simple endgame fix.
Retiring coaches and retiring players is a must. Altough I would like to see implementation in a different way, it is what it is and I hope to see a good future implementation by Geston

I'm not going to open a new thread just for this, but can we turn Player Advertisement into a trigger bid system? Seller sets a price, when someone hits it the player goes on sale for 48 hours. No more bargaining or making deals where someone pulls out or doesn't pay the agreed price.
