Well he rigged almost the whole system by taking advantage of other semi-inactive Turkish accounts. Many Turkish teams were making regular bids for his players well over the market price and raising prices of his overpaid players. Another team (who also buys players for big money from him) gives him "free" Friday training by giving him walkovers every week for last 5 seasons.

You would also be angry if you rigged the whole game and cheated but had that one aspect of the game (youth school) that you could not take advantage of.

Except of course by making others overpay for your average youths.

This would help out a lot,

First of all big ass nonsense with start of the season and end of the season juniors. As no matter what start of the season junior is always superior, which makes 0 sense

Second, it would bring a new fresh wave to transfer market approach for anyone into trading... It would make it a bit more tricky to follow.

To avoid any shock, all current players would get bday set to current week of age change

that change would put a bit of balance on juniors because now there is a big difference in value if you get a new junior at the start or at the end of the season.

On the contrary. It would add another randomness to the juniors which could lead to more unfairness.
So i would not only get juniors without talent also old.

Current system of juniors age (month) is equally bad for everyone in the game.

And yes 21yo juniors are utterly useless. 20yo too.

In context though if you get rid of 21s and 20s, people just move onto "19s are useless, get rid of them too".

Anything after 18.6 is past optimal (34 weeks on from 16) and there's nothing wrong with that, but the general level past that age needs to be improved a bit.

Going back to context though, what a lot of clubs consider useless are not actually bad players, they're just not "top club" players.

but next week they would get week 1 and then next season, same week, got +1 year

or 20 year olds. I bought a 20 year old elite talent junior a couple seasons ago. 3.2 talent. Came out DIVINE. His last name is Cavalieri on my squad.
I will be lucky to get him to 4x unearthly by end of 28. No, he wasn't expensive, but that's not the point here.
