hello all, just one point to the trainer age change. I would like to suggest, that if a new coach signs with the club (after spending a ton of money in random searching) - he will not leave the club at least for 5 seasons. Currently the hiring age is limited to 59 years. It could potentially happen that he will turn 60 (in my case in 2 weeks) and say that he will retire. That would be absolute nonsense.
end 4 coachs about one week. When is time ending? I need know it, if need new coach right now, or my coach will train in Thursday yet?
Like kryminator said already. It will either be last day of this season or first day of next season. So your last training will not be jeopardised. And I suggest waiting to recruit new coaches until the age update has been done or your new coach will age almost instantly...
I would suggest swapping junior coach for any newly randomized 14+ coach this week, and all of them (including that fresh juniors coach) at the start of next week (the first week of new season)
that way your juniors will be judged more or less properly on Saturday and all your coaches will be recruited on the start of season so no issue with immediate aging
also, I was just recruiting juniors coach and forgot that during that recruitment, You might accidentally find main coach which is good enough, but will age instantly, after just 1 training and that is also why I am suggesting the way of recruitment in the first paragraph, which seems to me like optimal now
