Spread over a few seasons. Not ideal, but fair. And 100% better than what we have now.
But its not really worth discussing it, i wont happen.
Even small reform of junior school will take years.

Everything equal for all? Sounds like comunism. Its awful concept for games.
There should be always some kind of random factor which affect results or other game aspects. The question is how big that factor should be.

Imagine a country that failed to qualify for the World Cup.
Countries will be prepared for the next season with friendly matches, or countries that were eliminated early from the WORLD CUP.
Why can't players, especially in u21 teams, gain TACTICAL DISCIPLINE, FORM AND TRAINING? Bring back these 3 features. No matter the injury.

Bring back?
First of all...form is completely random. It was never a feature for U 21 teams...
Then TD...for U21 teams it's not a groundbreaking feature...
As for training...for U21 players...not necessary. You want to train a player...then play him in a match. What I do think they should do is maximize training for U21 players in club friendlies.

So you are happy that it has no impact on the players' tactical discipline development and training.
how nice.

I would be happy if there were finally 0 injuries in NT and people stop hiding skills of their players... training, TD etc. are COMPLETELY pointless for 21+ players.
As for u21, most players are not playing anyway until 20-21, so they have to be club-trained between 16-20 anyway, so again... pretty pointless for u21 players as well.

I don't agree with a single word of yours, but it wouldn't do you any good for the U20 players to receive training and tactical discipline while they are playing official matches in the WORLD CUP.
I have no idea what your point is.
But what you want is to bad NTs that went out of WC early/didn't qualify to have an advantage by playing u20 players in friendlies & getting training, TD etc. in those friendlies, while the good NTs that play 21yo players at World Cup would end up with worse 20yo players for next season qualifiers.
From my point of view that's totally not fair and should not happen, you're proposing it only because it would be advantageous from your point of view.

We all have 3 matches a week now, so it's not a problem to cancel training for the national teams.
There are many injuries, and training isn't like it used to be because it's slower.

3 matches a week plus easier training (different trainings for positions) plus 5 possible changes in a game.
The hard part is training 16-19yo players, but the u21 NT never helps with that anyway.
