At this point it doesn't make lots of difference...
He has near max talent! With 51 skillpoints in total at end 18y he could be the equivalent of a near divine youth player.
So with the knowledge that he needs to be around 30 weeks in the youth school to get to that level, he would 've been 16y week 7 tops!
The fact he rushes on with the same amount of skillpoints at this point stands as having 1 pop each week AFTER being pulled out of the youth league.

Imo... huge bargain!
