Yes and no...
26y old non triple divine strikers can go for 20M too, but it depends on the complete picture.
In this case, the striker has great secondairies, but is lacking speed and technique to be able to build up chances for a player of this price.
So that being said it's robbed.
However, he can still grow to double divine + magical or triple unearthly with great secondairies, which makes him imo better than triple superdivine strikers without secondairies and reaching this level before the age of 27 will make him a player worth 15M

I will take a triple divine over a 3x16 with sideskills any time of the day...striker skills score goals , not pm or passing...
