But i am so angry....i had with poey deal for player 15 mil... kapr bought my playes and what i can to do right now.. i lost money.....i undrstand but this result is bad for sellers... i buy player for his place for training and wjat to do... if i bought player for huge money i will be so angry....

You're right this is ridiculous. Those who did nothing wrong are the ones that suffer the most.
And I kind of knew it was going to happen as he bought players with money that he didn't have.
So it seems he (neky85) doesn't get any penalty. Moreover, he won a league game with all the new top players. And I don't even know if he knew that price was absurd - he plays with default tactic for 15 years...

Still, the trasnfer is not anulated in a direct sense of this word
It was a reverse trasnfer for same amount of money.

My question is: The seller is paying the taxes (10% now) for this transfers or not?
What if 10% are hold? then it's even more ridiculous...

No one pays taxes when the transfers are reversed. I already wrote to all the harmed sellers and offered them money for their players.
